Press Release No.4
Dated: 13th November 2011
Press Release — A Database of EU collaborators to be established by The Albion Alliance.

13th November 2011 – 22:30

As the EU enters its final death throes and resorts to intimidation, deception, alarmist and anti democratic power grabs, including the installation of non elected prime ministers, and as the Government of the United Kingdom continually deny the people their voice regarding the EU, those responsible for the demise of the United Kingdom as a free and sovereign state are to be named and shamed.

A new database of United Kingdom collaborators with the EU is to be established, to collect information on those individuals, groups and corporations that have aided and abetted the demise of the UK, who have worked on establishing a supranational State over and above our own sovereign United Kingdom, who have conspired to impose authoritarianism upon the people of the United Kingdom and who have conspired to give away the sovereignty of the people which is on loan to our parliament.

We will also be seeking their prosecution and accountability under the laws of THIS land, following due process of law.

The database will aim to collect data on the individuals concerned, including but not limited to, parliamentarians, peers, privy councillors, civil servants, police officers, lawyers, judges, heads of commerce, media barons, journalists, public sector chiefs, crown agency personnel, local authority personnel, trades unionists, publicly funded oversight and steering committees or anyone else actively engaged in promoting the values, edicts and decisions of the EU over our English and Scottish legal rights, laws and customs, especially those active in the myriad of EU sponsored unelected ‘committees’ such as the Committee of the Regions,  the European Economic and Social Committee and Regional Development Agencies, as well as politically motivated ‘training’ groups, taxpayer funded ‘fake charities’ and their spin-off organisations.

The database will not be kept a secret, nor will its contents. All relevant crimes of Treason will be made known to the public at large. Their names, positions and alleged crimes are to be established for all to see.

In order to protect ourselves from State interference in this work, we shall make the data copyable, down-loadable and generally available to anyone who would want to replicate the published material, in which we give free licence, thereby making it impossible for the State or the EU to suppress it. We want this database to be as freely available as your Sunday newspaper.

Very soon the public will be invited to instigate their own investigations of individuals, collect evidence and proofs, and then to contribute information to this database, so that it becomes a work of the nation, by the nation, for the nation.

As we do not know when or who will assume office in the next FREE United Kingdom government, other than to suggest it will not include Conservative, Labour or Liberal Democrat parties who have already shown their collaboration writ large, their crimes against the nation will be presented so that those concerned can be made accountable.

The People of the United Kingdom WILL have their say in matters EU.

Press Release No.3
Dated: 8th February 2010
Press Release — Albion Alliance responds to David Cameron’s petition plans.

8th February 2010 – 13:30

David Cameron unveiled plans today during a policy speech to ensure that any petition of 100,000 people would be eligible for debate in Parliament, and any petition with 1 million signatures would result in a bill being tabled in Parliament.

Ian Parker-Joseph of the Albion Alliance said today:
Whilst the Albion Alliance see this as a welcome move on the part of the Conservatives towards a more direct form of democracy, we will not let it deflect from the work that we are doing in getting candidates to commit to a personal pledge towards filling the  democratic deficit and obtaining a vote for the public on the important issue of the UK’s relationship with the EU.

Whilst the Cameron plan may result in a debate in parliament or even a Bill raised, there is still the need for a majority of committed MP’s to sign that personal pledge to their electorate to ensure that such a Bill would be successful in its passage through parliament.

The work of the Albion Alliance will continue until such a Bill is successful.

Press Release No.2

Dated: 7th February 2010

The Albion Alliance introduces Secret Pledge for threatened election candidates.

There has been much written in the press and blogs this week of control freakery by the Conservative Party, seemingly following in the footsteps of the Labour Party and employing the same methods in its attempts to keep every candidate in line and ‘on message’.

Since the Albion Alliance was formed in November 2009, candidates of many parties have willingly signed up to the pledge, but others have informed us of pressures from their central offices, which have unfortunately included the threat of de-selection should they sign such a pledge, therefore making them fearful for their own positions if they do so.

In order to counter such an anti democratic move by some political parties, the Albion Alliance has agreed to include a facility which will allow candidates to sign up to the pledge in secret, with that pledge being held in abeyance until the candidate nomination process with returning officers has closed.

We will publish those secret pledges on the following day, making the threat of de-selection somewhat hollow, yet still giving time for the candidates to show their potential voters they hold their democratic rights above party whips threats.

Some background.

We are writing to each and every candidate who has declared that they will be standing in the 2010 General Election, inviting them to sign up to the following pledge:

I pledge to work tirelessly to give the voters of my constituency a democratic and direct voice in the United Kingdom’s
continued relationship with the EU.
I pledge that I will sponsor a Private Members Bill, written in clear concise terms, calling for a referendum on Britain’s
membership of the European Union – and/or support any motion for such a referendum – and to vote positively for any
Bill that may call for such a referendum, irrespective of Party Whip, with a view to the successful outcome of this pledge
within 1 year of a new Parliament or sooner.

In order that the public may also write to candidates we have made available a database listing each candidate, constituency, party and the contact details where available, and all correspondence between The Albion Alliance, the public and Candidates is published on the Albion Alliance website to aid full transparency.

Any candidates who sign up to the pledge will be awarded a logo to place on their website or other election material, and a press release from The Albion Alliance will be sent to all the local media outlets in their constituency.

It will also be updated on our database, receive a mention on our Facebook page, and publicised across a range of supporting blogs, via Twitter and other social media.

It is the belief of The Albion Alliance that should we wait a further 5 years before consideration be given to readdress this matter then the UK as we know it will no longer exist, that integration will have progressed to the point that this nation will be little more than 12 regions of a 277 region super-state called the EU.

It is therefore essential that this issue be addressed before that point is reached.

Yours sincerely

Press Release No.1

dated: 16th January 2010

I am writing today to introduce The Albion Alliance to your organisation, and through you to the British public.

The Albion Alliance is a cross party, non aligned campaign group dedicated to securing a referendum on the continued relationship between the UK and the EU on behalf of the British public.

As a campaign group we remain neutral as to the outcome of any referendum, but our primary interest is in rebuilding the democratic deficit which has been prevalent over the past 40 years with regards to British interests and the EU.

There have been so many political promises made and so many manifesto items purporting to give the British public their say on the EU, yet each and every one of them has been broken, set aside or deferred that it is small wonder that no-one trusts politicians anymore.

The Albion Alliance aims to break that mould of party interests where matters of our sovereignty are involved, by going direct to the candidates and inviting them to make a personal and legally binding pledge to the electorate, and to promise to put the wishes of the voting public and the country ahead of any party loyalty on this particular issue.

We are writing to each and every candidate who has declared that they will be standing in the 2010 General Election, inviting them to sign up to the following pledge:

I pledge to work tirelessly to give the voters of my constituency a democratic and direct voice in the United Kingdom’s continued relationship with the EU.

I pledge that I will sponsor a Private Members Bill, written in clear concise terms, calling for a referendum on Britain’s membership of the European Union – and/or support any motion for such a referendum – and to vote positively for any Bill that may call for such a referendum, irrespective of Party Whip, with a view to the successful outcome of this pledge within 1 year of a new Parliament or sooner.

In order that the public may also write to candidates we have made available a database listing each candidate, constituency, party and the contact details available, and all correspondence between The Albion Alliance, the public and Candidates is published on the Albion Alliance website to aid full transparency.

It is the belief of The Albion Alliance that should we wait a further 5 years before consideration be given to readdress this matter then the UK as we know it will no longer exist, that this once proud nation will be little more than 12 regions of a 277 region super-state called the EU.

It is therefore essential that once and for all the people must exercise their democratic right and have their say.

We look forward to the support of your Newspaper/Media Group in the restoration of democratic balance in all matters regarding the EU.

Yours sincerely
James Higham
